MordernCoinsandBanknotes.com by Sacagawea Webstore began as an experiment to share the beauty of the Sacagawea Dollar coin.

At the very beginning the product line was exclusively Sacagawea coins on sacagaweawebstore.com. Later, we expanded our product line with the launch of ModernCoinsandBanknotes.com. The two websites eventually merged. We also began selling on eBay and Amazon as well as other marketplaces. 

It began finishing out the 2012 year. A coin collector in Raritan, NJ introduced me to the Native American series $1 dollar Sacagawea set. From that point, I was hooked and started my own collection of Sacagawea Dollars the next day. Hoping to share these coins SacagaweaWebstore.com was created a few weeks later.

Sacagawea dollars are inexpensive and not often found in circulation. In fact, many issues were never released for general circulation. Since 2013, this small market store mainly catering to one type of coin has been a great success. It has been a privilege sharing these beautiful coins with you. Now we showcase a much broader product selection of supplies, coins and paper money from around the world.
